I phone BFD asking the supplier to instruct the delivery guy to hold tight for 40mins as per the PM time slot promised. Have taken my money and have provided quite possibly THE WORST FULFILLMENT AND PURCHASE EXPERIENCE.

We are glad to hear that you are happy with the mattress you designed and we manufactured in our factory for you as well as the delivery service.
PBBed Factory Direct Stay clear after ordering out frame and mattress we was emailed to tell us the mattress could not be delivered to the 5 feb and would this be be okay we agreed and waited for frame to be delivered on agreed frame did not turn up and when I rung to ask was told they were very sorry and rearranged delivery second delivery missed again said I wanted to cancel order but was sweetened up with a free Saturday delivery and bed set (witch is still nowhere to be seen),frame actually came witch I was happy with.
Took yet another day of work today to wait for delivery of mattress was told when I rung that they had spoke to me and I had consented to the date being changed to the 12th when I was informed it was himself Who i was speaking with who had made the call and that he could not possibly remember making the call due to the number of call he make daily I offered to go and check my phone records at the time of call but didn’t seem lie about stock and keep you hanging by changing delivery date without speaking to you this order was made in December Hello Fran Hampton, Thank you for taking the time to post your review.
